You may have seen that Buck, our Plan administrators, was acquired by Arthur J. Gallagher & Co (Gallagher) in April 2023. We’re pleased to let you know that Gallagher started administering your pension on Monday 1 August 2024.

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR YOU?
There will be no change to your benefits, or the Plan’s structure and finances as a result of the change. If you’re receiving your pension, it’ll continue to be paid on the same day and the core support team will remain the same. Your pension records and all information regarding your pension benefits and retirement options will continue to be provided as before.
The Plan Portal and Plan email address details will change at some point in the future. We’ll tell you about the full details at that time. For the time being please use the existing details as normal.
